1. Who we are

Lead Spectrum Private Limited (“Lead Spectrum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a performance marketing and lead generation company incorporated in India under CIN U82200KA2026PTC219081, with its registered office at Om Chambers, 648A, 4th Floor, Binnamangala 1st Stage, Indiranagar, Bangalore, Karnataka 560038, India.

We work with businesses worldwide — primarily in the United States — to help them reach consumers and businesses who have expressed genuine interest in their products and services. We run advertising campaigns, build landing pages and lead management systems, and collect key purchasing-interest information on behalf of our clients so they can target their offers more precisely.

You can reach us by email at compliance@leadspectrum.agency or by phone on +91 95994 24259.

This Privacy Policy covers (a) visitors to leadspectrum.agency (the “Site”), (b) individuals who contact us directly, and (c) consumers whose information is collected through advertising campaigns, surveys, and landing pages we operate on our own behalf or for our clients (“Campaign Pages”), in any country.

2. What information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details: name, email address, telephone or mobile number, and postal address or ZIP/postal code.
  • Interest information: details about your request or preferences (for example, the product or service you asked about, property or household details relevant to a quote, or answers you give in a survey), and where needed to process your interest, your date of birth.
  • Business inquiries: company name, budget range, and the contents of your message when you use our contact form.
  • AI chat assistant: messages you exchange with the chat assistant on the Site, and any contact details you choose to share in the chat. Chat messages are processed by our AI service provider to generate responses and to route your inquiry to our team. A randomly generated identifier is stored in your browser to connect your chat conversations and inquiries.

We never ask for or collect credit card details, bank account numbers, or sensitive information such as medical history, political opinions, or religious beliefs through our Campaign Pages.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps.
  • Data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 10).

Calls and communications

We may monitor or record calls, emails, SMS, or other communications, always in accordance with applicable law and, where required, with notice at the start of the call. Monitoring and recording are for business purposes: quality control and training, verifying consent, preventing unauthorised use of our systems, meeting legal obligations, and preventing or detecting crime or fraud.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide our services;
  • To deliver your request to the relevant client(s) so they can contact you about the product or service you asked about;
  • To provide you, or allow named third parties to provide you, with information about goods and services likely to be of interest to you — only in line with the consent you gave;
  • To operate, measure, and improve our campaigns, landing pages, and the Site;
  • To verify lead quality, maintain records of consent, and prevent fraud;
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Legal bases: consent and legitimate interests

Where data protection law (such as the EU/EEA GDPR or similar regimes) requires a legal basis for processing, the two we mainly rely on are:

Consent

This is where you agree that a specific, named organisation may contact you through the channel(s) you have chosen, for the purposes described at the point of collection — typically by ticking a box online or answering a question on the phone. You can withdraw your consent at any time; Section 9 explains how.

Legitimate interests

We may process your data in pursuit of legitimate interests, such as responding to a request you initiated, verifying the accuracy of information you provide, and preventing fraud. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time by contacting compliance@leadspectrum.agency.

5. Telephone contact & consent for US consumers (TCPA)

Where a Campaign Page collects a phone number from a consumer in the United States, the page presents clear consent language at the point of submission. By submitting such a form, you may be providing your prior express written consent — as that term is used under the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) — to be contacted by the business(es) identified in that consent language at the number you provided, including by autodialed calls, prerecorded or artificial-voice messages, and SMS/text messages, where the consent language says so.

  • Consent is never a condition of purchase.
  • Message and data rates may apply. You can revoke consent at any time by any reasonable method, including replying “STOP” to a text or telling the calling party you no longer wish to be contacted.
  • We keep records of the consent captured with each lead (timestamp, page URL, and the consent language displayed) and make them available to our clients so they can honor the scope of that consent.
  • We require clients to honor do-not-call requests and comply with the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and applicable state telemarketing laws.

6. Who we share your information with

Clients and marketing partners

Consumer requests submitted on a Campaign Page are shared with the client(s) or partner(s) named in that page’s consent language so they can respond to your request. We only work with organisations we have completed checks on, under contract terms that require them to process your data in compliance with applicable data protection law. A current list of the marketing partners we work with is available on request from compliance@leadspectrum.agency.

7. Where we store your data & international transfers

We are based in India and serve clients in the United States and worldwide. Your information may be stored and processed on secure servers in India, the United States, and other countries where we or our service providers operate, by our staff or staff working for our partner suppliers. Where cross-border transfer rules apply to your data, we use appropriate safeguards. We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.

8. How long we retain your information

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy — including maintaining records of lead-generation consent (which we retain for a minimum of five years to support compliance), satisfying legal and accounting requirements, and resolving disputes — after which it is deleted or de-identified. For further information about our retention practices, email compliance@leadspectrum.agency.

9. Your rights & how to opt out

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • Right to be informed — to know what we do with your data;
  • Right of access — to request details of the information we hold about you;
  • Right to rectification — to ask us to correct your information;
  • Right to erasure — to ask us to delete your personal information;

US residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, or Virginia) may exercise the rights those laws provide, including opting out of targeted advertising; we do not discriminate against you for exercising them. Indian residents may exercise their rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Opting out of communications

  • Telephone (US): you can register your number on the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov, tell any caller you no longer wish to be contacted, or email us;
  • Email or SMS: use the unsubscribe link or reply “STOP” in any message a third party sends you;
  • Everything at once: email compliance@leadspectrum.agency and we will action your opt-out with ourselves and the partners we have shared your data with. Note this cannot cover third parties with whom we have no relationship.

Access requests

To ask what information we hold about you, contact compliance@leadspectrum.agency or call +91 95994 24259, providing your full name, address, and contact details. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and respond in full within 14 business days, or any shorter period required by the law that applies to you.

10. Cookies

When you visit the Site, some information is collected automatically using cookies — small text files placed on your device. We use them to make the Site work, remember your preferences, and measure how the Site and our campaigns perform. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and where required by law we request consent before setting non-essential cookies.

We also use cookieless, aggregate-only measurement (Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights) to count page views and monitor site performance. These do not use cookies, do not track you across websites, and do not build individual profiles.

11. AI, profiling & automated decision-making

We use AI-assisted systems, under human supervision, to operate our services — for example to monitor and optimize advertising campaigns and to score and route leads so the right team responds to your request faster. These systems support our work; they do not replace human judgment.

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you. Where meaningful human involvement is required, the person involved has the authority to review and change the outcome. If you have questions about our use of automated systems, or wish to object, contact compliance@leadspectrum.agency.

12. Combining data

Information you give us may be combined with information about you obtained from other sources, usually to keep records accurate or enhance an existing database. For example, if you are already a customer of a third party you consented to hear from, that party may add the details you gave us to the records it already holds about you; and data you provide may be checked against other sources to verify your identity or as part of a third party’s anti-fraud measures. Any combined information is used in accordance with this Policy.

13. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, tell us first so we can put it right: email compliance@leadspectrum.agency or write to Compliance Department, Lead Spectrum Private Limited, Om Chambers, 648A, 4th Floor, Binnamangala 1st Stage, Indiranagar, Bangalore, Karnataka 560038, India.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate to the data protection authority in your country — for example, a state Attorney General or the Federal Trade Commission in the United States, your national supervisory authority in the EU/EEA, or the Data Protection Board of India.

14. Children

Our services are directed to businesses and to adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision, and the current version is always available on this page. Material changes will be posted here; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
